By using CleanSouq (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — we'll miss you, but we respect boundaries. These terms apply to all users: customers, delivery partners, dry cleaning partners, and anyone who accidentally opened this page while looking for their order status.

CleanSouq is an online platform connecting customers with professional dry cleaning services. We facilitate: • Pickup of garments from your specified address • Professional dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing services by our partner cleaners • Delivery of cleaned garments back to your address We act as an intermediary between you and our partner dry cleaners. We're the matchmaker for your clothes and the perfect cleaner.

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency before order confirmation • All prices include the cleaning service; delivery fees may apply based on location • Payment is due upon order placement • We reserve the right to update prices; changes won't affect confirmed orders • Discounts and promotions may be offered at our discretion and may have expiration dates Think of it this way: you see the price, you approve it, we clean it. No hidden fees, no surprises — unless you find a forgotten banknote in your pocket (that one's yours to keep).

As a customer, you agree to: • Provide accurate delivery addresses (we can't clean clothes we can't find) • Empty all pockets before handing over garments — we're good at removing stains, not at returning lost treasures • Inform us of special care requirements, fragile embellishments, or sentimental value • Be available (or have someone available) during scheduled pickup and delivery windows • Not submit items that are hazardous, illegally obtained, or… alive We once received a goldfish in a jacket pocket. Please don't be that person.

You may not: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Submit fraudulent orders or payment information • Harass, threaten, or mistreat our delivery or cleaning partners • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform • Use the platform to clean items that aren't garments or textiles (no, we won't clean your car mats… actually, ask us about that) • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers

• We take utmost care with your garments, but some items carry inherent risks during cleaning (e.g., pre-existing damage, colour-fast issues, delicate fabrics) • Maximum liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to 10x the cleaning cost of that item • We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions of garments • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, unexpected sandstorms) may affect service delivery • We do not guarantee removal of all stains — some stains have made their life choices

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We won't change the terms to do anything sneaky. We're a laundry service, not a mystery novel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Muscat, Oman. We'd rather resolve things over a friendly conversation, though. Lawyers are expensive, and we'd rather spend that money on better cleaning equipment.
