Absolutely! Want two shirts dry cleaned and one pressed? No problem. Each service type for an item is counted separately, so you have full control over what happens to each piece.

If your order hasn't been picked up yet, contact us and we'll update it. Once the courier has your clothes, we can't modify the order — they're already on their way to the spa. 🧖

Yes! You can select a specific partner cleaner, or let our system auto-assign the nearest available one. Either way, quality is guaranteed — we only partner with the best.

You choose a pickup time slot (or ASAP), our courier arrives, collects your garments, takes them to the cleaner, and brings them back fresh and folded. You just open the door twice. That's it.

Pickup slots run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in 2-hour windows. You can pick a specific date and slot, or choose 'ASAP' and we'll schedule the earliest available. Early bird or night owl — we've got you covered.

Someone needs to be at the address to hand over and receive the garments. If no one's available, the courier will attempt to contact you. We can reschedule, but please don't leave your clothes hanging (pun intended).

Typically 24-48 hours from pickup to delivery, depending on the service and the cleaner's workload. Express service may be available from select partners. We're fast, but we won't rush quality.

We currently support payment on delivery. Online payment options including credit/debit cards and mobile wallets are coming soon. We believe in cleaning first, paying later.

Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise charges, no mysterious 'processing fees'. We're transparent — unlike that coffee stain you've been hiding.

Some cleaners offer time-limited discounts that are automatically applied at checkout. You'll see the original price, discount percentage, and final price clearly displayed. No promo codes needed — the savings find you.

Wedding dresses, silk, cashmere — we treat them with extra love. Our partner cleaners are experienced professionals who know the difference between 'gentle cycle' and 'just throw it in'. You can add notes and photos when ordering.

In the rare event of damage, we take full responsibility. We offer re-cleaning, compensation up to 10x the service cost, or a full refund. Check our Return & Refund Policy for details.

We're really good, but we're not wizards (close, though). Most stains come out with professional treatment. If a stain is truly permanent, we'll let you know upfront so there are no surprises.
